I am a ceramic handbuilder based in Holliston, Massachusetts.
My pinch pots and sculptures are influenced by my deep love of nature and my fascination with processes of transformation and healing in ourselves, in our communities, and in our natural world.
Clay often cracks, tears, and breaks apart as I shape it over many hours, and I integrate these textures and fissures into my work because I love creating pieces that hold a visual story of rupture and repair.
In sharing my art, I want to share with you my own sense of awe at Earth’s resilience and her capacity to be a vessel for all of our stories.
